Market rates for maternity nurses vary from £180 - £280 per 24 hours booked

What to expect

• Maternity nurses are self employed
• They set their own rates
• Maternity nurses and night nannies can be arranged in advance and at short notice
• Provide support on a longer-term basis
• Most maternity nurses work 24 hours a day, 5 or 6 days a week
