Rockmybaby® recruits only the best! So if you are a truly exceptional childcare professional - then we want you! Whether you are looking for a nanny position, becoming a babysitter, maternity position or any other service professions we provide - we are here to help you.

Rockmybaby® will be looking for candidates that are/have:

  • Over the age of 21 years
  • Childcare experience - minimum 2 years' experience
  • Child related references - minimum two
  • Current and valid DBS Check (CRB) or appropriate international police checks
  • Full valid UK work visa
  • Paediatric First Aid Training.

We will conduct an interview and do reference checks.

At the time of the interview you must bring along with you:
  • Registration Form and photo ID
  • References
  • Current CV
  • Copies of qualifications

We absolutely value our nannies and babysitters, you are an important part of our business.

Rockmybaby® has a number of nanny positions - both permanent and temporary - including working overseas. To see all of our available positions go to the Nanny Jobs page. If you are interested in any of the nanny jobs listed on the website, please click the apply now button. Please attach your current CV, cover letter and any relevant information that we will forward to the clients. Once the client has viewed your profile and is interested in meeting with you - we will organise a suitable time for an interview.

Tips for Interviews

We believe the most important aspect for any successful interview is to be prepared, be yourself and try to relax.

  • Arrive 5-10 mins early
  • Dress professionally
  • Be aware of your body language, make eye contact, be alert
  • First/last impressions - remember the first 5 minutes of an interview are the most important, as with the end of the interview
  • If children are present - get down to their level, interact, engage and respond
  • Take along some questions you have put together - shows you are interested in the position
  • Talk about the job description, children's routines
  • Don't be negative be natural and honest Be a good listener... smile :-)
